Shipping & Delivery Policy

Geek Influencer OS, operated by Geek Online Ventures Pvt Ltd, provides digital influencer-marketing services. We do not sell or ship physical goods to customers who pay us.

1. Delivery of our services

• Services are delivered online, through the Platform: campaign set-up, creator onboarding, content approvals, posts going live, and reports you can view and download.
• The timeline for each campaign (start date, posting window, report date) is agreed in the quote / brief and shown on the Platform. You are notified in the app and by email or WhatsApp as each step is completed.
• Bills and payment receipts are available in your account immediately after they are raised or paid.

2. Barter products sent to creators

• In barter campaigns, the brand’s product is sent to the selected creators as their compensation. Shipping is arranged by the brand or by Geek on the brand’s behalf, to the address the creator confirms in the app, through courier partners within India.
• Products are usually dispatched within 3–7 working days of the creator confirming their address, and delivered within 3–10 working days depending on the location. Tracking details are shared with the creator in the app.
• If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact us — we will work with the brand and the courier to re-ship or resolve it.
