Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for payments made to Geek Online Ventures Pvt Ltd on www.bountythreads.geekcreativeagency.com (the Geek Influencer OS Platform). Brand payments are collected through Razorpay.

1. What you pay for

Brands pay Geek for influencer-marketing services — campaign management, creator fees paid on the brand’s behalf, content and related charges — as agreed in the quote and shown on each bill. These are services, not physical goods.

2. Cancelling a campaign

• Before any work starts (no creator outreach, contracts or product shipments yet): cancel by writing to givebacktogurugram@gmail.com and you get a full refund of any amount paid.
• After work has started: we refund the amount paid minus the value of work already done and costs already committed — for example creators already contracted, content already produced or posted, creator fees already paid out, and our management fee for the work done. We will share a clear breakdown with you.
• After the campaign is delivered (content approved and posted as agreed): payments are not refundable.

3. When a refund is due from our side

• If a creator does not deliver the agreed content and we cannot replace them with a creator of similar profile, the fee for that creator is refunded or adjusted against your next bill, as you prefer.
• If you were charged twice for the same bill, or charged more than the bill amount, the extra amount is refunded in full.
• If money was debited but the payment failed, it is usually reversed automatically by your bank / Razorpay within 5–7 working days. If not, contact us with the payment reference.

4. How and when refunds are paid

• Approved refunds are made to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking or wallet) through Razorpay, or by bank transfer if you paid by bank transfer.
• We process an approved refund within 5–7 working days. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5–10 working days to show it in your account.
• GST on refunded amounts is adjusted with a credit note as per GST rules.

5. Creators

Creators do not pay any fee to join campaigns on the Platform. Creator fees for paid campaigns are paid by Geek as described in our Terms & Conditions. For barter campaigns, a creator who receives a product and does not deliver the agreed content may have to return the product or pay its value, as stated in the campaign contract.

6. How to request

Email givebacktogurugram@gmail.com with your brand name, the bill number and the payment reference. We reply within 48 hours.
